Pool Rules

  • The Lifeguards are authorized to close the pool during the presence of hazardous environmental conditions, e.g., thunderstorms, due to equipment malfunction, and/or if the chemical balance or disinfectant levels are outside permissible levels.
  • The pool will close on cold or rainy days if the forecast calls for these conditions to continue after 1 hour passes with no one swimming.
  • The Lifeguards may clear the pool at any time or during a 15-minute break every hour. Those 18 years of age or older may continue swimming at the Lifeguard’s discretion.  Children under 18 MUST stay clear of the pool edge.
  • Any problems with the grounds, building, pool equipment, or infractions of the rules should be reported to the Lifeguards.
  • Any concerns regarding the general pool operations shall be directed to the Association President, Lina Simpson 757-334-1623.
