Pool Rental Agreement

The Wendwood Association pool may be rented under the following rules:

  1. The rental fee is $75 PER HOUR.
  2. The maximum number of people allowed to attend the party is 50. This total is to include BOTH swimmers AND non-swimmers.
  3. Two lifeguards will be on duty for all parties.
  4. The picnic area outside the pool fence may be used prior to the rental start time if desired for set up.
    Glass containers are strictly prohibited on Association grounds.
  5. The available rental hours are from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays
    and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
  6. There is a mandatory non-refundable $25.00 deposit required at the time of the rental reservation.
  7. All pool rental fees (minus the initial $25 deposit) are due 3 days before the rental date.
  8. Lifeguards accept and appreciate gratuity.

I have read the Wendwood Association pool rental rules and will abide by them.
I understand that all members and guests must abide by the rules of the Wendwood Association.
I also understand that I am responsible for any damages and/or abnormal costs brought about
by the members or the guests during the rental period. I will pay the rental fees before the rental date,
and I understand that any guests exceeding the 50-person maximum may be asked to leave.
